Dee’s Accomplishments
Weight Loss Solutions from Experience
Dee Wolk was a former fat person who went on hundreds of diets from age twelve. She led a life of starve and stuff until she stopped dieting and learned how to eat the way her body was meant to eat. As a result, she lost forty-two pounds and has never gained it back in over 20 years.
Dee founded and created Dee's Weight Solution™, a revolutionary non-diet weight loss system in 1983, and has been sharing her tools and techniques with thousands, helping them to successfully achieve immediate, consistent, safe, and permanent weight loss.
Weight Loss Instruction Taught at Health Facilities
Dee is a subcontractor to the Cleveland Clinic Center for Integrative Medicine, where she teaches her non-diet workshops with great success. She has also taught her workshops at a variety of other healthcare organizations and major corporations around northern Ohio, along with continuing her personal one-on-one coaching practice for over twenty years.
Dee as the Successful Weight Loss Expert
Dee is also a writer, author and columnist as both a non-diet and healthy eating expert. She has hosted her own local radio show “THE BEST YOU CAN BE”, she was a columnist for “HEALTH SENSE” for nine years, and she has been a guest columnist for the women’s section of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland’s newspaper, along with numerous other publications. Dee recently became a columnist for a new monthly publication also distributed by The Plain Dealer, called “SMART HEALTH”. She has made over seventy guest radio appearances as “The Diet Expert” since developing Dee's Weight Solution™ and has received numerous awards locally for her success in helping others.
Dee is also an author of “KITCHEN EXPRESS-GOOD FOOD FAST FOR REAL PEOPLE WITH REAL LIVES”, originally written to help her clients understand how they could eat well with minimum effort. Her cookbook addresses the needs of people who are over-tired and over-scheduled, but who want to eat healthy meals with as little work as possible in the kitchen. The book was originally self-published and was later picked up by a national publisher.
